| Counsellor | 60 years | Master Degree in Social Work (preferably specialized in medical & psychiatric social work / Psychology). OR Candidates with degree in sociology may be considered. A qualified graduate nurse can be applied as counsellor. (Qualified and competent PLHIV, if available, should be given preference while appointing counsellors). Desirable : One year working experience in dealing with HIV/AIDS cases. Working knowledge of computer and internet. Counselling experience. |
| Staff Nurse | 60 years | B.Sc. Nursing / General Nursing and Midwifery course from any institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council and must be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council. OR ANM with minimum 3 yrs of experience. Desirable : One year working experience in dealing with HIV/AIDS cases. Working knowledge of computer and internet. Counselling experience. |
Salary (Pay Scale) : Rs. 36,000/- per month consolidated, Rs.13,000/- per month consolidated, Rs. 13,000/- p.m. consolidated

How to Apply : The last date of submission of application (attached proforma wise) is 08.08.2016 by a registered / Speed post/ can directly deposit in drop box kept in front of principal’s office from 15.07.2016 to 08.08.2016 from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm, along with photo copy of supportive documents and 2 No. of recent colour passport size photo duly singed by the applicant. Application should be made separately for each post on good quality, white A4 size paper one side only. The envelope containing application should be superscripted clearly “application for the post of ______ at______”. One self-addressed envelope of the size of 25 cm X 11cm, with postal stamp of Rs.5/- affixed thereon should be accompanied with the application.
