- Manages full life cycle of various projects from requirements gathering to go live in production. Responsible for performing complex software engineering tasks such as requirements gathering, design, development, code reviews, testing, documentation and release preparation.
- Additionally: Support pre-sales in proposal creation, should own architecture piece in a proposal, meet with prospect and partners and stand the ground on technology decisions.A well rounded candidate with about 8+ years of work experience possessing a healthy mix of delivery and solutions architecture capabilities
- Should have worked abroad (preferably US); should be able to connect technically as well as culturally with the client.
- Work with Product Management to articulate the implementation strategy of the product road-map
- Should be able to technically engage with client leadership (both Engineering and Architecture side)
- Should have Product Engineering mindset.
- Very good communication skills – written and verbal
- Should be good at understating the requirements, constraints and recommend technical solutions and alternatives with the cost model .Work closely with program and project managers in the design, planning and governance of the projects.
