Post Name: Trainee Marine Engineer
Qualification :
The candidates should have completed an under graduate degree in
Mechanical Engineering /Mechanical & Automation Engineering from any
AICTE approved engineering college in India. The applicants who are
appearing in the final year of exam can apply provided they submit
results by 30th August 2019. The minimum qualifying marks in the
engineering degree should be 50% and 50% in English at Class 12th for
all the applicants eligible. Applicants graduating from any other stream
of engineering as specified here will not be considered eligible for
this recruitment.
Age Limit : The applicants should be not
more than 28 years for getting selected in the post of Trainee Marine
Engineer from the date of commencement of training i.e. 1st January
2019. Relaxation in the upper age limits shall be given as per the
directives issued by the government for this purpose.
Selection Process :
The selections of the applicants will be done on the basis of their
performances in an All India online test scheduled to be held on 7th
September 2019 at 11:00 hrs at Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai
examination centres only. This shall be followed by the PI (Personal
Interview) conducted for all the written qualified applicants.
Application Fee : The
application fee for all the General and OBC candidates is Rs 1000 and
Rs 500 for all the SC/ ST candidates excluding the NEFT (National
Electronic Funds Transfer) Bank Charges. The candidates should make sure
that they pay the application fee before filling their application
forms online and obtain the NEFT and UTR Numbers immediately after
depositing fee from the respective banks.

India i.e. shipindia.com. Only eligible candidates should apply online
from 31st July 2019 to 25th August 2019 and send the print outs of the
fully filled in applications with a recent passport size photograph
pasted and other documents attached through Ordinary Post/ Courier/
