| Mining Sirdar | Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years for general category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST /OBC/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules. | Mining Sirdar- Candidates must have passed matriculation or equivalent exam from any recognized Board. Candidates should have Sirdar’s competency Certificate issued from DGMS Dhanbad; OR three years diploma in Mining Engineering issued from recognized institute & Overman’s competency certificate issued from DGMS Dhanbad. Candidates should also have Valid First Aid Certificate, and Valid Gas Testing Certificate. |
| Dy. Surveyor | Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years for general category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST /OBC/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules. | Candidates must have passed (10+2)/ Matriculate with valid Survey Certificate of Competency issued by Director General Mines Safety (DGMS) to work as Surveyors in the coal mines. |
| Overseer | Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years for general category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST /OBC/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules. | Candidates must have passed (10+2) or Matriculation or equivalent examination. Salary (Pay Scale) : candidates selected for these positions will be eligible to receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.19035.02 per month for Mining Sirdar, Rs.20552.37 per month for Dy.Surveyor, and Rs.19035.02 per month for Overseer (Civil) Posts along with other allowances as per National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA)-IX. Other allowances and perks will be applicable as per rules of Central Coal Fields Limited.
